Lost your character due to an update, reset, or new PC? No worries, This package allows you to recover a lost character and transfer any recoverable data to a new one.

What This Includes:

Recovery of your old character's data from the most recent save point

Transfer of available items, inventory, balance, licenses, and more (as recoverable)

Character swap handled by our development team

What You Need To Do:

1. Create a new character in the city.

2. Open a donor ticket in our Discord.

3. Provide:

   • Your old character's name

   • Your new character's name and CID

Once submitted, our devs will review the data and begin the transfer process.

Please Note:

Not all data may be recoverable depending on save timing and system limits.

Recovery may take 48–72 hours based on staff availability.

Attempting recovery without accurate information may delay the process.

This is a manual recovery service, and our goal is to get you back into RP as smoothly as possible. 

After purchase, please open a ticket in our Discord. Include your Tebex Order ID and RP character name. A staff member will assist with delivery.
